Janelle Morrison

Janelle Morrison was training as a professional Ironman distance triathlete when she was in a life altering car accident.

She woke up from a coma a week later and surgeons told her she’d never race again – maybe never walk again.  Less than 2 years later she raced at Ironman Canada in the professional division and came in 3rd place.  The reality is all the pressure and expectation she’d put on herself to accomplish this goal had burnt her out.  She knew she had a second chance and didn’t want to do the same thing she’d done for the first 33 years of her life!

In this series Janelle shares with you how to use the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga to re-calibrate your body’s essential energy systems for performance and peace of mind.  You’ll learn how the practice of awareness can help your body physiologically recover from training.  You’ll also gain training on how to develop mental resiliency through the power of discipline and self-compassion.

In Janelle’s Masterclasses, she will be sharing with you the practice of Kundalini Yoga and how it will benefit your performance, health, well being, and your peace of mind.
