This program is designed for beginner triathletes who can commit 5-10 hours per week. This program takes a balanced approach to the different energy systems meaning you will experience workouts at both ends of the intensity spectrum from low intensity/recovery to endurance and higher intensity workouts.
Creating a triathlon training program requires knowledge and expertise in all 3 three sports as well as the competence to combine all 3 three into an effective cohesive plan that is easy to follow and manages your training load appropriately.
